Firing and commissioning of the first phase of the 1 million ton/year phosphate compound fertilizer project of HIMOUNT AGR Sichuan Leibo Chemical Co., Ltd. The trademark "HIMOUNT AGR" has been recognized by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce as a "well-known trademark in China". HIMOUNT AGR Company was awarded the honorary title of "Provincial Innovative Enterprise".

Gansu HIMOUNT AGR New Fertilizer Co., Ltd. was established. Chairman Xie Yongjun was awarded the "Outstanding Contribution Award" by the China Phosphate Fertilizer Association and the China Sulfuric Acid Association. HIMOUNT AGR's variable speed controlled release fertilizer has won the "First Prize for Science and Technology Progress" from the Ministry of Education.

Shandong Shifeng Chemical Co., Ltd. laid the foundation for the 300000 ton/year synthetic ammonia project. HIMOUNT AGR Chemical Co., Ltd. has been awarded the title of "High tech Enterprise". Chairman Xie Yongjun was awarded the title of "Entrepreneurship and Innovation Figure in the Thirty Years of Reform and Opening up". HIMOUNT AGR's long-term slow-release composite fertilizer has won the "Second Prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award". Shandong Xianglong Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. laid the foundation for the 1.5 million ton high-pressure seamless oil and gas steel pipe project.
